為了加強兩岸間友好城市的溝通，展示中國改革開放的新形象，落實城市之間的合作交流，成
立了『中華友好城市交流協會』，並透過兩岸城市所聯合舉辦的【華夏城市論壇】，期盼能夠
促進兩岸城市間經濟的發展，加快城市間的建設以及雙方交流步伐。In order to strengthen
communication and friendship cities between the two sides to display a new image of
China's reform and opening up the implementation of the cooperation and exchange
between cities, we have established the China Society of Friendship Cities Exchange
and, through 【cross-strait city jointly organized】 【China City Forum, Issue I hope
there will promote cross-strait economic development between cities to speed
up the construction of inter-city as well as the pace of bilateral exchanges.

理念，舉辦深度觀摩旅遊，探賞各個獨特的城市文化之美，進而推動兩岸城市之間的經貿
產業交流的商機。The Chinese Friendship Cities Communication Association (CFCCA)
was established with the vision to strengthen economic cooperation between the
Cross Straits, through the promotion of trading opportunities and cultural exchanges
by exploring the unique beauty of each city.

務。中華兩岸城市友好協會正是藉由不同國際城市的獨特成功經驗
分享，找出友好合作的價值定位，並以「提升友好合作城市的國際
知名度與形象」、「開拓友好合作城市國際視野」、「交換城市發
展、城市規劃、城市行銷與舉辦國際賽事經驗」、「藉由參訪行程
吸引投資」、「開拓國際觀光商機」、「創造城市交流模式，奠定
締結姊妹市基礎」為目標。
